Our love story began much like many modern romances: we swiped right!

When we went on our first date, Paul lived in West Bend--while Annie lived in Fox Point--but he volunteered to make the drive to her side of town. We talked late into the evening at AppeThai in Brown Deer (best Thai restaurant in town!), and we were eventually asked to leave because the restaurant was closing for the night.

It turns out that we had grown up less than a mile from one another on the north shore of Milwaukee, though fate had us attending different schools. We frequented many of the same spots as kids; little did we know we probably passed our future husband/wife at Kletzch Park, the infamous Riverpoint Qdoba, Blockbuster, or the North Shore Library. After that first date, we knew we had to see each other again, and we did just that only three days later.

In the time since, we have traveled the U.S. and abroad, gone on countless hikes and camping trips, golfed (for Annie, badly) many rounds and courses, moved in together, co-parented our cats, bought a house, got engaged, and here we are for the big day! We can't wait to celebrate with our family and friends on our wedding day.
